Storage and easy access to hundreds of reels reduces assembly setup time from hours to minutes. 

The inventory software allows operators to quickly pick the reels they require for production, with a LED light indicating their position on the rack.

Reels returned from production are then placed in the Component Counter to automatically update inventory. 

With new UID labels the reels are scanned again and placed back in the Smart Storage Rack.
